At Zeoprofit Hellas we know that to get 100 kg of grain yield, maize extracts from the soil 2.5-3 kg nitrogen, 1-1.3 kg phosphorus, 2.2-3 kg of potassium and about 3 kg magnesium.
From the micro-nutrients with the crop extract 40-80g of boron, 240-260g of manganese, 80-160f of copper, about 1g of molybdenum, 30-40g of zinc per hectare. Help plants to be obtain the necessary ingredients. Maize is particularly sensitive to zinc deficiency, mostly on carbonate soils. On such soil maize is also affected by a shortage of boron and iron.
