ZEOLITE AND ITS USE IN FABOIDEAE

The use of zeolite in FABOIDEAE and the ways of lubrication with the products of ZEOPROFIT HELLAS.

Generally, faboideae do not need (for average yield) N-lubrication, because they supply them with the bacteria that are part of their roots (germs). Because nitrogen blocking is usually small (0-5kg N / ha / year) except for alfalfa (0-25kg N / ha / year), high yields require strong N-fertilization. For a good start, when the action of bacteria due to cold has not yet begun, a small dose of nitrogen (1-2kg N / ha) is definitely needed.
If a kind of faboideae is cultivated for the first time in a field, then the seed must be vaccinated with the appropriate bacterium.

Legumes are very demanding in calcium (Ca), since they can receive as much as potassium. In addition to Ca-containing fertilizers, gypsum or even limestone (in acidic soils) can be used.  The neutral reaction soils rich in Ca are very suitable for legumes. However, if we have pH> 7 (calcareous soils) there may be Fe (or Mn) deficiency corrected by spraying from the foliage. Also, it is advisable to choose varieties resistant to chlorination. Yellow lupins and some peanuts are delicate.

Faboideae have high sulfur requirements (S). Almost as much as phosphorus, so they react better to sulfur-containing fertilizers (hyperphosphate, ammonium sulfate, etc.). Legumes have high demands on B, which should be added by fertilization, especially if the soil pH is high.
Although legumes have the ability to make nutrients more accessible and exploit the underground (deep root system), however, for high yields the soil must be well stocked with P, K,
Lubrication of legumes can be based on the amounts of nutrients that move away from the soil.

BEAN CULTIVATION

Autumn-Winter: After Harvest

Scratch on the surface of the field of all organic crop residues. If you want, you can bring to your field remnants of other fields that their owners usually fly or burn. The material is a valuable aid to the fertility of the field. Claims that it burns to reduce contaminants are not serious.
On the contrary, their composting will give their competitors an opportunity to grow and move to the field to control the pests next year.
The material is sprayed with TORFOVIT solution (10 liters / ha) at a density of 10% and with addition of zeolite (100 kg / ha). After 2 weeks it is lightly cut. The quantity for the first year must be that. In the following years (after the end of 3 years), these quantities will be drastically reduced because the soil has obtained beneficial microorganisms at very satisfactory levels.

Spring: before sowing

Two weeks before planting we apply TORFOVIT (2litres / ha) by spraying the soil to cause the seeds of the weeds to germinate. After 2 weeks of spraying, we make a light blade to give all the weeds and we are ready to plant.
PROHIBITION of the use of herbicides for the control of weeds throughout the growing season. As you can see, the need to increase the organic substance of the soil and the spreading of toxic substances harmful to soil organisms is incompatible on the one hand.

Sowing:

Place the seed per 5kg in an authentic plastic bag to which we add 10g of zeolite in powder. Stir the bag up and down to get the zeolite on the surface of the beans to be sown. Then plant the seeds. Our goal is with zeolite to protect the young plant in its first contact with soil pathogens and to increase its germination capacity.
Alternatively, they can be sprayed with 1% TORFOVIT solution or soak them for half an hour. In case of pathogenic attack, the times are quadrupled.

Plantation development: Foliar sprays

Every week during plant life we spray with TORFOVIT solution and zeolite to protect the plantation and also to help its growth and fruition.
Then the amounts of solutions become thinner after a few years of application. The combination of TORFOVIT and zeolite has the effect of removing parasites or destroying the food they store for the caterpillars that occur after spawning. They are preventive and not after the offense. With the above formulations we will avoid using chemical shields.
Collection:
Spray all the beans harvested with a 1: 1000 zeolite solution and allow them to dry in the shade to increase their shelf life.

RECOMMENDED DOSLOGES:
